Tip #1

In those moments when you forget what you went out to the kitchen or bedroom for, the next time say..I intend to get a glass of water or I intend to get my phone, keys etc…I have been using this and it really helps the mind to remember what you want it to.

Tip #2

The mind will achieve goals when set with active, positive words and intention. Also the mind works well with symbols.

So since it is the beginning of 2013, I always set goals for the year that are possible, achievable and desirable.

So everyone write up some goals somewhere between 3-10 that we can meet this year and add a symbol that represents these goals. Mine is an eagle because many of my goals with my practice and life give me freedom; more time, money, energy, love…you got the picture lol.
