We are also trying the ketosis diet it is challenging to have no sugar or carbs not being completely on it yet.We worked out very hard cleaning carpets and organizing our house for company.

Submitted by Sheila on Tue, 05/07/2013 - 21:18Today was great, I danced the wii dance for my sweat point goals, then worked out at the gym. I also herd about a great diet. I puts the body in ketosis where it burns fat for energy, it consists of protein and vegetables, no sugar or carbs at all. My friend lost 15 lbs all her baby weight it got me all excited. so the next two weeks I will drink the master cleanse with only proteins and carbs/sugars.

Submitted by Sheila on Sun, 05/05/2013 - 21:52Last week I went to the gym 4 times, a record this year. On and off my diet, yet eating healthier all the time. My son and I had fun on wii dance 4 today we danced 8 songs that was a work out!
